A Little Bit About Me
I’ve worked with my hands most of my life – repairing, installing, building, and solving the everyday problems that make a home feel comfortable and safe. When my family and I moved to the Johnson City, I knew I wanted to continue doing what I’ve always loved: helping people, fixing things, and doing every job the right way the first time.
After settling in the Tri-Cities, I realized many homeowners were struggling to find reliable help for small and medium projects. Big contractors focus on remodels. Some handymen don’t call back. Others show up late – or not at all.
So we started Trusty Tri Handyman with a simple promise:

She’s the organizational backbone of our business, the one who keeps everything moving with structure, care, and a personal touch.
Jenny handles scheduling, bookings, messages, and follow-ups – making sure every client gets clear communication, timely reminders, and a professional experience from the very first contact.
For us, this truly is a family business, and Jenny’s dedication is a big reason why so many homeowners across the Tri-Cities choose to work with us again and again.
