Trusty Tri Handyman is a small, family-owned handyman service based in East Tennessee, proudly serving Johnson City, Kingsport, Bristol, and surrounding Tri-Cities areas.
We specialize in reliable, detail-oriented work for homeowners and small businesses.

Our services include:

• Quick Fix Handyman Special
• Electrical Fixtures (minor replacements & installations)
• Doorbells, Cameras & Intercom Installation
• TV Mounting
• Furniture Assembly
• Wall Hanging
• Outdoor Assembly (fences, patio furniture, etc.)
• Deck Refresh & Maintenance
• Interior Painting
• Exterior Painting
• Plumbing & Fixture Installation (non-licensed, minor work only)
• Drywall Repair

We handle small to medium jobs that don’t require building permits or licensed contracting.

We are not a licensed general contractor, electrician, or plumber.
All work performed complies with Tennessee handyman regulations, which allow for minor home repair, installation, and maintenance services.
Projects requiring permits, structural alterations, or specialized trade licenses will be declined or referred to a qualified licensed professional.

All estimates are free and non-binding unless otherwise specified.
Quotes are based on labor time, materials, and scope of work.
If additional work or materials become necessary, we’ll notify you before proceeding.

Payment is due upon completion unless a different arrangement is agreed upon in writing.
Accepted payment methods: cash, check, PayPal, Venmo and Zelle.

We understand that plans can change.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Missed appointments without notice may incur a cancellation fee.

We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather conditions, emergencies, or material delays.

We take great care in performing every job. However, Trusty Tri Handyman is not responsible for:

• pre-existing or hidden damage,
• defects caused by materials supplied by the client,
• or indirect damages resulting from underlying structural or electrical issues.

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service.
We are insured for property damage and personal injury caused by our direct work.

We stand behind our work.
All labor performed by Trusty Tri Handyman is covered by a 30-day workmanship warranty, starting from the completion date.

This warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not apply to:

• normal wear and tear,
• damage due to misuse, weather, or neglect,
• materials provided by the client.

Unless otherwise agreed, we use materials and supplies appropriate for each job.
Clients may provide their own materials, but we cannot guarantee results or durability when using third-party or customer-supplied products.
